God has ordained to use the means of the Gospel to convert the soul. He recognizes that men with good motives have added methods to the end of the Gospel to help in the conversion process. Conversion, however, must produce a biblically defined repentance and faith in Christ where as you understand Him as Prophet, Priest and King, you joyfully embrace Him as your Savior.
Pastor Noblit admits that at one time he fell into the idolatry of numbers and pragmatism. This, in spite of being part of a church that practiced church discipline and that had high standards for leadership. He had to humble himself and abandon himself to the preaching of the Word, trusting the power of the Holy Spirit to convert lost souls."
